There are no refunds or cancellations on appointment booking.

If you are a minor (less than 18 yr age), you need to be accompanied by an adult family member at time of appointment.

If you are not able to maintain the appointment, you can reschedule it upto 4 working days from the day you have booked the appointment. The patient-customer has to phone call on 9974033842 Ph. No. at least 2 hours before scheduled appointment to reschedule it. Failing this time duration, it will be counted as no show, and there are no refunds or rescheduling for no show. This phone may be recorded for legal purpose. 

If you have booked apointment during a public holiday, by mistake, or the doctor is  not present at scheduled time then you can reschedule the appoitment upto 4 working days (excluding sunday).

If you do not reach within 30min past the time of your scheduled appointment, then it is also counted as no show. (eg- if you booked appointment of 7pm, then we expect you to be on time, but you have to reach maximum on 7-30pm)

Our working time is 10am to 1pm in morning and 6pm to 9pm evening, local time -IST(GMT+5:30) on weekdays, and morning 10 to1 on sundays.

The customer/patient has to  produce valid reciept of online purchase (sent by email) at time of appointment, along with any one  a govt. approved photo ID, which includes aadhar card, pan card, driving liscence.

The name of the patient-customer as entered on our website, should match the one in photo ID. The appointment cannot be transfered to another person. ie if you do not wish to keep appointment, then you cannot make someone else to have the appointment with the same purchase reciept.

Dr. Maulik Maradia holds the right to reschedule the appointment. You will be informed on your registered ph. no. at least 2hrs before scheduled time.
